I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change opened at the Westside Theatre in New York on August 1, 1996. Critics and audiences cheered and debut of this new musical revue, which Gannett Newspapers hailed as “Hilarious! The most entertaining show on or off Broadway!”. And according to the Star-Ledger, it’s “a great first date show. A perfect mating dance! It’s ‘Seinfeld’ set to music!”. The New York production marked its 1000th performance on December 26, 1998 and is still packing them in nightly. I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change has also enjoyed record breaking runs in Los Angeles, Toronto, Detroit, Miami and London.
